Possible the best loved situation comedy of them all, this masterpiece of Wildean wit and charm never fails to please. Directed by Helen Hannon, Oscar Wilde’s brilliant comedy takes a satirical look at the lives of two bachelor friends, Algernon Moncrieff and John Worthing J.P who lead double lives to court the attentions of the exquisitely desirable Gwendolyn Fairfax and Cecily Cardew. The gallants must then grapple with the riotous consequences of their deceptions, and with the formidable Lady Bracknell.
