Sos #4 – All ages music night
with Dylan Murphy, 60 Watt Girl, Graham Dolan
Sos. is a celebration of the diverse original music community in Galway city and county. Sos. #4 will take place on October 27th at Nuns Island Theatre. The evening will commence at 6pm with refreshments served to the backdrop of beats laid down by maestro DJ Graham Dolan. This will be followed by an all ages open mic. The night will be rounded off by a joint headline slot of blues/folk songsmith Dylan Murphy and recent IYMAs winners 60 Watt Girl.
Sos. is a voluntary run event that promotes social inclusion and positive mental health through the medium of creativity in music. The night is drug and alcohol free and open to all, young and old.
Sos. is run in partnership with Galway Arts Centre, Galway City Council and UNESCO Child and Family Research Centre. Refreshments on the night are kindly sponsored by Mr Waffle. Admission is free but ticketed.
