Niamh Barry: “I am a queer Irish photographer and visual storyteller dedicated to capturing moments that often go unseen. My work magnifies LGBT+ identities through portraiture and documentary photography, exploring intimacy and emotion within a culture shaped by Catholic conservatism. What began as personal documentation of Cork and Dublin’s queer communities has evolved into a broader investigation of fringe stories across Ireland and beyond.”
