Galway Youth Theatre will host two taster workshops on 06 June as part of Cruinniú na nÓg.
Ready to bring your acting skills to life? Join Galway Youth Theatre for a fun, in-person drama workshop. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to sharpen your stage presence, this is the perfect spot to dive into creativity, make new friends, and explore the world of theatre.
In this taster workshop Galway Youth Theatre’s Conor Geoghegan will explore the fundamentals of improvisation, movement, play and performance.
Conor has been a tutor in GYT for over 10 years where he has taught hundreds of young people in theatre and improvisation. Conor, a Galwegian, began his acting career with GYT. He went on to train with Philippe Gaulier and Max Hafler, and has worked with Blue Raincoat Theatre, Youth Theatre Ireland, Macnas, Druid and writing his own work.
