Exhibition Tour with Conor Burke

Join us for a special Gallery Lates tour of John Rainey’s Deviations led by artist Conor Burke.

An artist, educator and long-time political activist based in Galway, Burke’s practice explores architecture, urban space and the politics of the built environment. Working across painting, sculpture, installation and digital media, his work examines how our cities reflect questions of power, inequality and belonging.

Drawing on his own practice and perspective, Conor will lead an informal tour of Deviations, offering fresh insights into Rainey’s exhibition and opening up a conversation about material, place and contemporary art.

Free admission. All welcome.

This tour takes place as part of our late night programme “Gallery Lates” supported by Galway City Council and the Department of Arts, Media, Communications, Culture and Sports as part of the Galway City Night-Time Economy Action Plan.
