Livefeed - Live at Nun's Island Theatre (Part II) - Virtual Event
Young Galway songwriters shine bright at Nun’s Island Theatre
April represents the culmination of Livefeed’s epic journey with Galway 2020 which started in 2019 and has taken in workshops and gigs across the city and county as well as a whole series of live and pre-recorded performances reflecting the current times.
On Friday 16th April at 8pm Livefeed will premiere a concert with Shane Killilea Curran, Siobhan Kelleher, Uisce Jones and Ellen Keane Quinn recorded live at Nun’s Island Theatre and beautifully filmed by AMW Visual.
Livefeed is a Galway 2020 project created by local songwriters Tracy Bruen, Eoin Dolan and David Boland with the aim of empowering young people to pursue interests in songwriting, performance, audio production, sound engineering and music photography through workshops, mentorship and hands-on experience at events. Since 2019 they have worked with young people throughout Galway city and county and, since the closure of the live music industry, have adapted to online presentation with high quality pre-recorded live performances and online gigs.
